Since we painstakingly craft each and every gift, all custom orders come with a minimum order requirement. To deliver the highest quality of fit and finish, we also require a timeline of 3 – 4 weeks.
LARGE ORDERS
FULLY BESPOKE SERVICE
For customers with more detailed needs and large orders, we offer a fully bespoke gifting service. From custom branded boxes to handcrafted products, Camo has a range of gifting options that will make your gifts feel unique.
We will also closely work with you to match your vision and to bring your bespoke gifts to life.
Timeline 4 – 6 weeks.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
- INQUIRY– Fill out our Inquiry Form! We will need practical information such as date, location and approximate number of gifts required , etc.
2) COMMUNICATION – We’ll promptly send you the information you will need to decide if we are a good fit. We will schedule a free phone consultation to better understand your needs.
3) RETAINER & QUESTIONNAIRE– If you decide we’re a match, Camo would need a retainer to book the artisans. Once that is complete, you will be guided to complete a questionnaire to help us assess your wants better.
4) INITIAL DESIGN– Based on the answers you give in our Gift Design Questionnaire, we will create an initial visual design for your review!
5) DESIGN APPROVAL – We will collaborate on design revisions until it’s perfect! Once you sign off on the final design, we can start building your gifts!
6) ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY – We will then handle all aspects of shipping and delivery while you sit back, relax and wait for your doorbell to ring.
